Wellness Wednesdays

This week's topic is Betrayal. As most know, it is bad enough when others betray you, but the betrayal of one's self, is the worst betrayal of all. It is vitally important to remember to stay true to what one believes, and have convictions over what is true.

We live on a planet, where we are told by others what to think. what to believe, and what to do. Thankfully, we are not programmed robots (yet), and we still have the ability to choose. With the ability to choose, we are blessed to have the choice to be true to one's self, one's conscience, and ultimately to honor God. This is indeed, part of wellness and wholeness.
