Entrepreneurs and Artists: Like Fine Wine

The Water Lily Pond

One of my favorite artists is Claude Monet. Much of the wisdom and insights shared in my last blog series, attest to the fact that entrepreneurs and artists do get better with age, and many of the lessons learned, have many common threads that can be intertwined among and between the life journeys of others.

One of the topics shared in my "Entrepreneurs and Artists: Like Fine Wine" series, is the idea of knowing what one was good at as a child. This was discussed a bit in my interview with Colleen Wilcox. Many of us have one or two key gifts that we are blessed with, and it is these gifts that do indeed hold the keys to much of our full aligning with our purpose, and fulfillment.

"I am only good at two things, and those are: gardening and painting." - Claude Monet

The theme of "enjoying the process" is mentioned in my interview with Karen Kampfl, Founder of Soul Spark Candles. We spoke a bit on the topics of clarity of vision; believing in what is right for oneself; confidence; perseverance; trusting the gut; and allowing things to just come in.

“It's on the strength of observation and reflection that one finds a way. So we must dig and delve unceasingly." - Claude Monet

The two amazing photos that were taken for this series are by Victoria Konsavage. She is a talented, gifted, and an amazingly heart centered and compassionate woman.

I do believe all entrepreneurs and artists truly aspire to be masters in the "love department" of their entrepreneurial endeavors art, and life!

"People discuss my art and pretend to understand as if it were necessary to understand, when it's simply necessary to love." - Claude Monet

The above three Claude Monet quotes are a few of my favorites.

One of my favorite Claude Monet pieces is "The Water Lily Pond" which was done in 1899. The purpose of lily pads is to collect light for the plant to use in the process of photosynthesis. I think this is a great metaphor for life. I do believe we are here to be in full resonance, flow, and true alignment with our own divine and unique nature and gifts – living and manifesting a beautiful and fulfilling life! With age and experience, comes much beauty and wisdom!

One of my favorite Brett Eldredge songs is "Wanna Be That Song" (link below), and one of the verses in his lyrics is "every life has a soundtrack." I do believe this to be true! As I mentioned in my p
