How much is a woman expected to do in a day? Unreasonable expectations from others, especially, are contributing to unnecessary stress among so many women.. Many of us believe we are here to support and encourage one another, as each day has more than enough responsibilities, for sure.
Instead of a "to do" list, maybe a "not to do" list would be more beneficial. Or even a "priorities list." Unless one prioritizes healthy relationships and connections; and healthy lifestyle choices daily ...one will get lost in the abyss of the day.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." - Matthew 6:34
How can we do this practically? We pray!
Anything else, for our "well-ness" tool box? A dear client/friend of mine and I were discussing three gems to remember each day. Sharing here, as these may indeed help another woman who may need some "tools and tips" to embrace, as she journeys through the day.
